By engaging with our services, including Technical SEO, SEO Consulting, Content Writing, Local SEO, Site Audit, and Link Building (collectively referred to as “Services”), you (the “Client”) agree to comply with these terms.
2. Scope of Services
The Provider offers the following Services:
- Technical SEO: Enhancing website structure and performance for better search engine visibility.
- SEO Consulting: Providing tailored SEO strategies and expert advice.
- Content Writing Services: Creating high-quality, SEO-optimized content.
- Local SEO Services: Improving local search visibility and Google My Business optimization.
- Site Audit Services: Conducting comprehensive audits to identify areas for SEO improvement.
- Link Building Services: Developing strategies to acquire quality backlinks.
3. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:
- Provide necessary access to websites and analytics tools.
- Supply relevant content or information promptly.
- Make payments as outlined in the payment terms.
4. Payment Terms
The Client shall pay the Provider as follows:
- An initial deposit of [amount] is due upon signing this agreement.
- Remaining balances are due upon completion of agreed milestones or monthly as specified.
5. Duration of Agreement

All content created by the Provider remains the intellectual property of adviSEOptimization until full payment is received. The Client is granted a non-exclusive license to use the content for their marketing purposes.
9. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all proprietary information confidential. This includes any sensitive business information shared during the course of service delivery.
10. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of Telangana, India. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved under these laws.
